★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After we were rear-ended we asked our mechanic - someone we have known and trusted for years - who we should take our car to. He made only one suggestion: Executive. Our experience with Bob at Executive was great. He has that rare and wonderful combination of extensive experience and great integrity. He did more than promised, charged less than was originally estimated, completed the work faster than expected, and did truly excellent work.
While I hope, on the one hand, to never have reason to go back to Executive, I would do so in a second if the need arose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, Bob was on his day off but invited me in to bring the car in anyway to look at a spot on our car where it was hit by another car. I expected that the entire bumper would need to be re-painted but he offered up a couple of options that could bring down the cost but also fix the damage. After a few closer looks at the area, Bob disappeared into his shop and soon came back with some compound and a few rags and began to work away at the dark scuffs. After some on-the-spot work, he realized that the worst of what we could see was mostly tire rubber from the other car and there was no real damage to our car. Within 10 minutes we were driving away with a clear bumper and at no charge for his time. Bob is terrific to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The owner Bob was incredibly professional, squeezing us in for an estimate just before going on holidays. He is very personable and his service was prompt and incredibly fair. We will definitely give him our future business, and recommend him to friends and neighbours.
