S	Sydney Vanmeer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible dealership, within two weeks the hole transmission went on my 2010 Chevy traverse , after fighting to get them to fix it and having to threaten them with my mother who works with local news , they finally agreed to fix it only at the shop of their choice , after that it was nothing but down hill , shocks went on front and back power steering , tie rods gone , till finally the entire computer went and the car started about 1% of the time. I had this vehicle for under a year, I bought it for 11 thousand dollars plus tax and less then a year later I traded it in for a thousand dollars and they only gave me that because I said I wouldnt take anything els, the reputable dealership I went to will be scrapping the car. I’ve never been so discusted with a business in my entire life, I have two young children and was left carless for months before I was able to get another reliable vehicle , save your money and do not go here !!! You will regret it. So happy to be rid of it. If I could give you a no star rating I would.

Showed cars in rain. My mother wanted to open almost every car ? and he opened every car we wanted without any hesitation.
M	Mike Rupert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well Robert is very professionAl and worked hard to get car for me I have had nothing but engine coolant issues 2 day off the lot car over heated I would suggest that if you buy one from their have a 2nd mechanic look it over and don't go buy the advice of his mechanic as it may be just a temporary fix until the 30 days runs out in one year I've had to replace thermostat water pump thermostat housing unit engine coolant reservoir tank an windshield wiper linkage

Robert was unwilling to work with me at all and I cant help but feel I missed out on the perfect car for my current situation. I was abruptly told I couldnt be helped with no apology whatsoever.

This guy is the real deal. I have high expecations, that many people do not meet, but Rob met and actually surpassed my expectations. I purchased a sweet 2007 Jeep Laredo Diesel from him at a fair price. And a week later, when something wasn't quite right, Rob stepped up to the plate and made it right for me. That's integrity right there - a quality that is hard to find these days. What more can you ask for from a used car dealer? He is knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. When I need another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be returning.
D	Debanjan Mitra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. The owner Robert is nice but he sold me a bad vehicle which has oil leak problem from Day 1. I also went to repair the Oil leak once within the warranty period but then also after 2 weeks the same problem persisted and I had to visit another mechanic paying a big bill. Also the lubrico warranty that he sells is useless since lubrico doesn't cover many parts. So for your wellbeing I would suggest to stay out of this dealership. I'm suffering a lot after purchasing a car from him.
