C	Craig Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After arranging to come out on Saturday to see a vehicle, telling them I was coming from almost 2 hrs away I showed up to find the vehicle still covered in snow and buried at the back of the lot, he tried to get the vehicle out which we then found out the awd was not working, after an hour we finally gave up and the suv was stuck. Since I drove so far, I decided to look at another vehicle on the lot, after 20 minutes of trying to boost he was unable to start it. Total waste of time!!!!

H	Harold Mcneil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2012 Sierra of mike from auto plus, when I went to test drive the truck the battery was dead, he charged it for me so I could drive it. When I purchased the truck he said he would have a new battery installed and filled it up with gas, the truck had a really slow crank and said it was the battery. When I went to pick it up, it was running, no new battery was installed and he only had a quarter tank of gas in it, they lied. I had to ask for a new battery band they gave me one to install myself. Couple weeks later the truck would not start, I called and Mike said he would call his machanic, then just ignored the rest of my calls. This truck was $22,000. This is not how you treat people mike, you lied to me. Iv had to pay for the tow truck myself to take it to machanics., Hopefully the worrenty covers it, waiting to find out. I would not recommend anyone doing to this dealership.

S	Shane Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is a mess. Went to look at an Infiniti, stood around for almost and hour an a half before we got to even talk to anymore. Their “warranties” only cover the costs to get the car certified. DOES NOT cover anything with the transmission or major issues after you drive off the lot. If you want any kind of full warranty it is an extra $2000 and isn’t even through them. In the posting pictures the car looked perfect but on arrival there was chips in the paint all over as well as swelling. Seems like the most complicated used car dealership I’ve been to so far. Seemed nice over the phone and like it was going to be easy but that was not the case. If you buy or look at anything from here bring a mechanic with you for sure.

They are very nice, kind and helpful. Mina walked me through the hole process and in just two business days the car was ready to be picked up.
