I was in search of a car to take me around Toronto for work. I went to Rockcliff Auto on Danforth Ave, met up with Luis Aloy a very knowledgeable and professional Auto Sales Representative. Mr. Aloy assisted me in finding a very affordable and nice vehicle that matched my budget. I left his office feeling extremely happy with my purchase and would most definitely recommend my friends and family to see him first if they are planning on buying a new or used car.

beware went to pick up my car i thought ill test drive it first -empty gas tank ive had alot of vehicles over the years never ever have i been given a dry tank .the car was blowing cold air so i popped the hood the car had hardly any coolant in it .the straps that hold the battery to the car where broken and the battery was wobbling around in the engine bay. they told me also the car would have a fresh oil change on inspection of the oil its very dirty and hardly new and the oil filter is covered in rust oil and filter change has never occurred my fault i suppose i should have checked all these items before i handed over my money

This place is the BEST!! I bought an $800 car off Kijiji. Any guesses how THAT went? I came here in tears. I left with a car!! I CANNOT Express enough my gratitude to them!! So friendly, so kind, who knew honesty and used car dealers really DO exist!! He was like my Fairy Godfather!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I bought a Genisis sedan 2009 model with 139,000 kms on it got a super sweet below market value price on the Genisis Sedan 3.8 V6 with Technology package. Black leather interior with heated and cooled seats, air conditioning blows ice cold every feature in the Genisis works perfectly my friends thought the carcpookes and smelled like a brand new car they could not believe it was a 2009 model car!! Francois Saint-Pierre and his beautiful wife Flo have been amazing in helping me get financing in house as my ex wife and her team of lawyers ruined my credit rating but Flo the finance manager got me approved instantly with no credit checks and no employment history required with 20% less interest rate than all the other 3rd party lenders were offering me due to my bankruptcy! Francois (Framk) came to my house on a Sunday my day off and delivered a brand new heavy duty battery that he purchased atcCanadat tire installed it for me in my driveway and gave me $40.00 cash for my troubles due to battery failing when I drive it downtown Toronto Saturday night and the battery would not start had to flag down a passing taxi cab and give taxi driver $25.00 cash to boost my car. So Frank and Flo have been fantastic from start to finish and after sale customer service follow up has been above and beyond the call of duty!! ?? Would highly recommend oshOsh Rockcliffe Auto at 226 Bloor St East to any one needing a quality clean used car at fair market or even below market value!!

Love these guys. I just purchased my second vehicle from them. Bill is great, answered all my questions and concerns no problem. Even when I had an issue with my first car, they got the problems fixed asap. Thanks again for another beautiful car!

Initially, my first experience with Rockcliff was horrible. I called the information line twice with some inquiries that I had about a specific car they had posted online from their inventory. The first time I called the phone cut out (or so I thought), so I called right back. On my second try a man answered the phone quite aggressive in his tone to the point where he yelled at me upon the heels of my greeting saying "Right now I'm with a costumer, you need to stop calling every 2 seconds! You need to give me a minute! Call back later! *Click* (The phone hangs up). From this response, I can only assume that my first call, I was deliberately hung up on. I am Extremely disappointed in the costumer service I had received there is no excuse for the man to have treated me in such a manner. A proper response could have been "I'm currently in the midst of assisting another costumer, however to better serve you, would you be willing to call back at a more convenient time? Maybe in the next 20 minutes,Thank you". Despite my displeasing interaction over the phone, I must say, in person I met with Jr. at the Scarborough location who was a fabulous sales rep and assisted my needs wonderfully. 5 stars for him!

What a wonderful experience it was to buy a vehicle from Rockcliff on the Danforth!! Luis and Junior were extremely helpful when I purchased my 2012 Honda Civic. This vehicle has manual transmission and best of all suits my short stature. I was encouraged to call them should any problems arise. So far, so good. If I could put 10 stars, I would gladly and proudly do so. Give Rockcliff a call and you will discover superb customer service. Keep up the good work Rockcliff!!!

I'd highly recommend Rockcliff Auto!! I just bought my first car at Rockcliff Auto and couldn't have been happier and more satisfied with the quick/reliable service and friendliness of the staff. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles which was helpful as I don't know much about cars. I purchased a Nissan Sentra in GREAT condition, no problems, no noises, and haven't had to maintain it since. There was no hassle whatsoever and I would recommend Rockcliff to anyone looking for a used car. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff was to me and how easy they made me first purchase experience :)
