I had a hard time deciding what realtor to hire for the sale of my rental home, as I know a lot of local realtors, and it's a tough decision. I couldn't have picked a better team than Karen and Winston! They complement each other so well and have a level of professionalism that really shined through on this deal. This deal definitely had its challenges, and I thank Karen and Winston for excelling in their profession and seeing it come to fruition.

The search for the perfect first home for us within our budget was difficult, but we stayed open to any suggestions Conyers and Associates approached us with. Karen recommended we view a unit that had been on the market for over 3 months, and had recently been reduced in price. It was still above our budget, and needed a little work but Karen showed us the potential in this diamond in the rough. She suggested we include a letter to the owners with our interest, along our (within budget) offer, and it worked! We could not be happier with our experience, and highly recommend them as first-time home buyers!

If there is anyone out there who have the knowledge and experience Winston and Karen have I never met them. The best decision you could possibly make in buying or selling property (or just looking for good advice) would be the Conyers team!
