โ โ โ โ โ Awesome little cafe with excellent service. Good breakfast breakfast menu and pretty impressive craft beer selection. If you're staying at the hotel, it's definitely a little gem.

โ โ โ โ โ Not impressed at all by this cafe - poor service with tables not cleared quickly and staff on their phones when they should be sorting things out! Canโt say many good things about the food either which is basic at best.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place, beautiful view from the patio and a gorgeous cute beachy cafe on the inside. We ordered the minestrone soup & it came piping hot & fresh. Large filling portions with good service. Definitely a place to visit when you're along the beach.

โ โ โ โ โ its a very good cafe to go with family. The food is so delicious and the staff is so good and we can always see them with a happy face and service is so good. I recommend to all of you to visit in this cafe.

โ โ โ โ โ Breakfast with family on this visit. Notably, speaking with other friendly patrons, tradition of eating here when it was Watts have carried over to itโs current incarnation as Finleys. Cheese scone, lox on bagel, and coffee. Lovely heated area to eat outside. Service prompt and good food. Conversation with family makes it the best. A nice selection of menu items. Ate here a number of times during our stay; really good food with no bad experience. A nice view looking out on Semiahmoo Bay. Maker of good memories.

โ โ โ โ โ Very very mediocre food. Mexican and Greek wraps were basically the same except the โMexicanโ wrap had salsa. Both were mildly warm. The โcurryโ chicken soup was chicken broth with bits of chicken and celery but no curry flavour. Chai latte was just sweet. Butter chicken was on the โChristmasโ menu on the board but since it wasnโt Christmas, we couldnโt have it. Grateful that itโs open today but would not come back given the choice

โ โ โ โ โ I went here a few times when it was called Watt's but now it is called Finlay's I guess. From my most recent visit I had the tuna sandwich which was good with a side of bacon. The sandwich was filling and the bacon was cooked perfect. Good food. Nothing spectacular. I feel like all of this can easily be made from home but none the less it is a good place to have a simple breakfast or sandwich

โ โ โ โ โ Simple, little cafe with self service, and a good bite! You order at the counter and the food is brought to you. People staying at the hotel above it comes down for meals, which makes it somewhat international :) We had breakfast there, which was simple, but good and filling, and definitely enough to keep you going for the day! Would recommend it. Good spacing on patio with tables so it's comfortable and not cramped, and has outside heating. Also, scones are OK!
