After searching online for 5 months, we finally found a gem of a place, on its first day of listing - so good, in fact, that we couldn't imagine it lasting the day. We picked Hamish because of his excellent reviews, but were astonished at the determination he showed in landing this place for us. He moved faster than we could have ever believed possible, and within the space of a few hours he had visited the unit, done the necessary paperwork, and had our offer in the sellers' hands ahead of anyone else. The buyer wanted a mirror removed which meant a wall had to be painted. Hamish stepped in and was willing to remove the mirror and paint the wall so the buyer would be happy. He laid everything out, so I would know exactly what to expect. Natasha brought out the best in the condo with her knack for knowing how to get the best from the pictures and video taken.
