I feel so lucky to receive Nanci’s care and expertise. Going into her office is my favourite appointment because I always leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered with a deeper mind-body awareness that continues to grow with her work. I’m at ease knowing that Nanci always meets me where I’m at and has helped me regain a level of physical health that I haven’t had in decades.

Corinne helped me to take another leap in understanding my body on a whole new and exciting level! She is an amazing, knowledgeable and compassionate woman and I am so very happy that my Nurse Practitioner referred me to her.

Corrine is so knowledgeable and helps to put the pieces together to address your reason for treatment. She does a great job explaining ones diagnosis and is very efficient in her treatment. One definitely leaves feeling confident that you have plan to address your issue. Ladies, or men, if you have a hip/pelvic floor or back issue do not hesitate to book in with Corrine.

She was so wonderful and caring and explained everything very clearly! Just a few weeks ago my life changed drastically with the onset of some urological problems. As a part of the mix I developed pelvic floor pain. This was something that I had never experienced before. I had unimaginable burning and pain in the various interconnected parts of this area. Most disconcerting too was the fact that no medical people including the urologist seem to really understand this condition or what to do about it. This was almost to the point of being dismissive. This caused me to lose hope in a sense that there might be a way forward. Yesterday when I attended the Kare Clinic under the caring direction of Corinne Wade came a breakthrough. She empathetically listened to what I was describing to validate and then to explain the why to demystify something that for many was a mystery debilitating monster that could never be dealt with except through medications to deaden the pain a little. She then brilliantly explained with the use of models showed why these things were happening and then how they could be dealt with. She examined thoroughly in the area to confirm and actually highlight what she was talking about. She had me work through some exercises which also immediately showed how things could change. Some of the exercises actually confirmed yet again what she had been explaining and some even provided some immediate relief. Further work considered posture and mindfulness to deal with triggers to this condition. The caring expert treatment I received was outstanding and with hope was reawakened in me, .I came away enlivened even already feeling a little better, and now with an informed pathway forward. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Brilliant! Corinne has specialized in pelvic floor dysfunction for over 20 years. She has worked as a physiotherapist and lectured in the US and Canada.

This was my first visit with Corinne and first experience with pelvic floor physio. Corinne is very caring and compassionate and she put me at ease immediately. It was a very thorough and informative session and I left feeling empowered and hopeful that I could overcome my symptoms. I am one day out and am feeling better already.
