Amazing Clinic - from the friendly upbeat staff to knowledge of all the physiotherapists and RMTs working together to create the ultimate care for the patient. This clinic is second to none. Their extensive evidence based concussion care has helped give me the piece of mind when it comes to my children in high impact sports. Knowing there is a clinic looking out for everyone no matter age or activity level is unheard of these days. Highly recommend PhysioActive!!!

Brett was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and gentle with her. His teaching and communications with us were clear and helpful. Physio Active has been a life saver! I got into a motorcycle 2 years ago and recently moved back to Kelowna from Vancouver. I went out to find a Physiotherapist that would meet my needs and was recommended to see Kyla at Physio Active. She and the company has been helping to heal my injuries and has gone above and beyond. If you need expert advice I would recommend these guys all day!

I highly recommend PhysioActive in Kelowna, I ended up going there after a car accident that left me with a concussion and whiplash. Physio, Colin and the rest of the team at PhysioActive are absolutely amazing! The clinic has a very friendly yet professional atmosphere. The administrative staff were wonderful to deal with, they are so accommodating and do everything they can to make things easier on you such as reminder phone calls about appointments and juggling schedules so you can fit in a massage appointment right after your physio appointment. Massage therapist Lisa is great! She always asks what you are having trouble with that day and then really works on the tough spots. Also, perfect balance of conversation to get to know each other and then just letting you totally relax and chill out. Physio, Colin is very in depth and has great attention to detail. He treats concussions as well as other injuries with the same thorough, dynamic care. Colin was always thinking about and learning new things to try and see what would work best for my specific situation. We were constantly updating and improving my treatment plan and exercises/stretches in order to get the best results. I was also given both paper copies and emailed copies of my exercises and stretches so I could find them at any time. Colin is very caring, he goes above and beyond for his patients and always answered all of my very extensive questions. I was a fourth year university student trying to finish the last semester of my degree while going through a brain and neck injury. I can honestly say that I don’t think I would be graduating in a few weeks and moving on to graduate school if it wasn’t for all the care and help I received at PhysioActive!!

I have been going to Physioactive for quite some time due to a car accident and the surgery which followed and i have to say the treatment i have received has been excellent. Joy and Christina at the front counter are always willing to talk, laugh and ask how things are with everthing in every aspect of my life not just my injury which makes going through recovery with the clinic very easy. Brett is a great therapist and very at ease with chatting and letting you know that he actually cares about your healing not just getting you in and out of there and on to the next patient, as a few places I've been to. Kyla is hands down the best physiotherapist i have ever been to very professional and knowledgeable about a wide range of excersizes and treatments to keep you healing without overdoing it along with a friendly caring demeanor. The comfort level you feel when being treated is amazing, its not often you can go to a place for treatment and not feel like just another patient. I would very highly recommend Physioactive to anyone who wants to not only feel better in body, but also feel better in mind. They take the pressure off of everything with the friendliness and caring that makes Physioactive a true wellness center.

I was there today and was treated by a pleasant lady that really seemed to know what was what. I've been to many physio places in a variety of cities. This place and the lady were more than qualified and that pleasant demeanor when your in pain makes a big difference. I'll be going back there again.

After suffering a serious neck and shoulder injury I sought help at PhysioActive. The staff have all been very professional and pleasant to deal with. They have been very diligent and methodical about treating my unusual injuries and have been a tremendous help in getting my health back. I have seen Kyla and Brett to take advantage of both of their skill sets as physiotherapists and I have also seen Nicole and Lisa for massage therapy, taking advantage of their individual skills. All four of them have valuable and different skills, this has enabled me to get the many different treatments I require all at one place. I hold my health care providers to a high standard and the team at PhysioActive have meet that standard and then some. If you are looking for great help there is no better place to go.
