They are extremely welcoming and treat you like a friend. I've had some good laughs just getting my tires put on. I leave with a smile on my face. Now that is true customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This team is amazing, especially Scott! I got a flat tire and was driving on a "donut". The tire was not fixable and ordered a new one. The tire was delivered in the same day. He took my car in so promptly next morning and was able to multitask under a lot of pressure of the very busy season. I SO appreciate this team! THANK you guys, you are the best ever team in Kal Tire!
