★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021: Updated my review. Excellent customer service! You can purchase tires and get then mounted and balanced anywhere but at Kal tire I've noticed they pay attention to the details. Also biggest advantage is free lifetime balancing and rotation if you purchase tires from any Kal Tire.
2017: Good service but they can be short staffed and sometimes without a technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service and it was quiet so no wait times. I booked online and it said to expect 120 minutes but it was only about 30. My only complaint is that I discovered after leaving that one of my tires had low pressure and they of course were closing directly after I left but I can fill the pressure at home so no real issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into kal tire today from fernie! They were over beyond helpful and time sufficient with my flat. Josh I believe helped me and was so informative and kind. Great prices and usually can get you in within the day which is a big relief as a fernie local :)
