★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents own a townhouse on Autumn Harvest Road and have a problem with the foundation leaking water. They contacted someone from Kaitlyn homes about the issue and were told it will be inspected and repaired, one year later and still waiting now the warranty is up lol what a joke. If you value your money stay the hell away from this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company definitely deserves a 0 start but unfortunately that is not available. We bought a home in Bowmanville by the water. The high winds already ripped off half the communities paneling. My pillars are literally about to fall off my roof and fall on our car. We have an ac that was just connected but doesnt work. Half our tiles in our bathroom were not done
It's very annoying when we spent 1.1million on our home.
Kaitlin services NANCY continues to lie about dates and says their contractors have been notified but nothing has been done for 2 months now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ air conditionair hasn't worked for a year now, been in contact with Deanna for a while and all I get is HVAC company has been contacted and waiting on a date for service. What kind of builder still wants to use the same HVAC company that keeps giving them the run around. Its a simple issue that they could have fixed by simply changing the connector valve with a new one but they couldn't come because the temperature outside was 10 degrees and not 15 degrees and they only work if its 15 degrees. Now a year later and I'm still waiting on them to come. At least be honest with us and show us that your getting the job done and not wait till we contact you again to remind you of the issue. Be proactive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I fell in love and purchased a LakeBreeze waterfront townhome during the Xmas holidays.
We had little knowledge of the builder, but on the solid and sensible advice of our sales rep Varathan Anushan ( we met by chance ) we followed our hearts and purchased our dream retirement home.
Last week we received a call from the Kaitlyn liaison, Devi. Her message acknowledged that there had been a miscommunication with the site construction foreman and our unit was not “quite right “ as per our drawings and contract we signed. She automatically sensed how upset and heartbroken we were.
“Leave it with me” were her words. A week later Devi was able to share with us that all changes were being made to complete our unit as our agreement had stated, noting that all of our upgrades were being highlighted.
Thank you so much Devi, you are first class.
And we are so impressed with the builder!!
We so look forward to the completion of our dream home,
First class!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be really careful of this builder. They will not call you back and the customer service is terrible. You will notice that their staff turns over every three to six months. This has to get you thinking. Upon closing they will stick you with numerous fees and attempt to claw back any possible compensation you may be entitled to using dirty tactics. The owner of the company looked me in the eye on signing and claimed we would get zero closing fees, six months later we were forced to sign a contract for a small deck big enough to put a BBQ that cost us 7500.00 plus HST. The deck is three steps high and 5 by 5 at the top. Just a terrible builder and a terrible experience. I had over two pages of issues in my house in pre inspection and almost a year later I am ready to turn to Tarion for assistance. This is my fourth new house but never again with Kaitlin. There is a ton of good honest builders out there, stay clear of Kaitlin, you will thanks me.

Every single house in our area has a leak in the basement because these guys rushed. All they care about is your money once they have ur money, don’t call them for anything about ur warranty. All my neighbors complain about these builders and now I am too. ??♂️ it’s been 7 months I have asked them to fix my cracked window, they are still waiting for contractors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it looks like this builder is a hit or miss. For me, they've met every requirement, followed up with me on the inspection items, nothing but professional service. Devi was amazing in sales, and Linda continues to be great on the maintenance side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, any thing they need to do they ask for money. Admin fee for an error on their part I was asked to pay $3500.00 to fix it, waive any delay occupancy fees and pay part of the deposit due on closing upfront. Serious overkill and money thirsty. I asked for a proof of deposit letter to get my mortgage ready i was asked to pay $300 for that. Getting things fixed after delivery is a waiting game. Terrible experience considering I bought 2 units from them over 1 mil in purchases. First and last time doing business with this builder.
