Great teacher with an extensive knowledge. Gym has a very inclusive atmosphere and accommodates all skill levels from first timers to very skilled individuals.

Not for beginners upon participation was made to spar with individuals of a high training level sustained bad injuries, luckily he has you sign a waiver. If you don't mind being a punching bag for the senior members go right ahead but if your looking for a fundamental understanding of martial arts it is not present at this establishment. Had to wrestle trained students who seemed desperate to inflict injury, and one of them at the end even did a fighters stance towards me....pathetic.

I have been going to Kaiten MMA on and off for over three years. Personally, my experience has been life changing. Before going to Kaiten, I was at the point in my life where I was out of shape and continued to be unsatisfied with traditional health and fitness clubs. I took a chance on something different and went to my first class. Since then, I have no regrets about making that decision. Karm Manhas and all of his guest trainers have helped me change my body, but also my outlook on life. I continue to go back for the health benefits, but I am also drawn back class after class because of the good people I meet every day I attend. Most days I drag myself in, but every day when I am done and go home, I am so happy that I went.

I almost died...scratch that. I HAVE died in this place. In fact, on several different occasions. And every time I was revived by the energy of the room and the sweat of the students beside me, I came back into this world a better, stronger, braver version of my self. If you think you are tough, you clearly have never been to these classes. During my first class, I was faced with a huge dileMMA (no pun intended). The class was only 3/4 through and I was sweating uncontrollably, at loss of breath, dinner was sitting in my throat, and the world was spinning. The only thought in my head at the time was to leave and never come back. But just as I was about to wrap things up, my inner self told me to get back into the class and leave everything I had on the mats, even if it meant leaving the building in an ambulance. In that moment, I had beat my inner worry and self-pity. It was, straight truth, a life changing experience. And that is exactly what this place will do to you. From then on, I have steadily grown more confident, mentally stronger, and happier in my day to day life. The latter being a result of the never-before-felt endorphins I release during class time, every time. Karm is an awesome teacher. Patient, diligent, and only wants the best for every one of his students. The energy he exudes during class time is addictive and fuels everyone to keep pushing and hitting harder. Technique is hard to grasp sometimes in the heat of the class, but that is why Karm offers "Open-Mat" times for students to come in and receive thorough explanations and tips to improve posture, hitting, stance, etc. If you have never thrown a punch or are brand-new to fighting-sports, this will be a shock to you at first. The truth is, MMA is nothing like any other sport. And if you, just as I mistakenly did, come into this building expecting to be eased into it and served on a platter, you will end in the same situation I wrote above. No sir/ma'am, this is a place where inner power is born. This is a place where average-Joes become soldiers. This is a place where energy is shared between all the students. So buckle up, tighten your shorts, and be ready to see yourself transform into a person you never thought even existed. P.S. Also really helps that everyone is super-friendly and Karm's mustache is just a piece of art to appreciate and look at.

I had a phone call with the person in charge "Karm" and he explained to me about the classes they teach, I wanted to see the gym during my day off but I was surprised that you have to get an appointment and Karm in an aggressive tone told me he's not gonna be waiting for me to show up. I've been to different Martial gyms in different parts of the world No Coach or gym owner has ever talked to me like that, all of them were nice and welcoming whenever you want to visit the gym. also at Kaiten MMA they have only evening classes (which is inconvenient for people who work night shifts). I believe they should work on their customer service and show more respect and flexibility to the newcomers, in the end I am a customer and would like to feel welcomed.

I don’t live in PG anymore and travel in and out a lot to visit Family. Karm went above and beyond for me to get the most out of training when I was in town. I still maintain contact and set up sessions to train whenever I come to town. Great coach and martial artist. Hidden Diamond training with him

Tons of mat space. Clean facility. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here whenever I am in town and the people are very kind and knowledgable.
