D	David Higby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a little smelly when you walk in the door, which is off putting. The young woman who checked our dog in was unable to answer our most basic questions. Since this was our first time with them, our initial impressions weren't great. Be very careful to read the fine print. This establishment has a no refund policy for cancelled reservations. They require full payment in advance. We had a change of plans and picked up our dog after the first night and there was no refund for the remaining 10 days that we had paid for. We were told there was a possibility of getting a refund for the walking fees, but that never happened either. I wouldn't use them again.
K	Kelly Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hudson has been coming here since he was a puppy. Not daily, but for occasion daycare and to board for a long weekend. He is happy to come. The team does a good job of matching energy levels and the disposition s of the Dogg's for playtime.

It's clean, they are experienced, its a nice facility and I love that my dog has indoor and outdoor space and most importantly I know she's well taken cared of here and not ignored. Highly recommend K9 Country Cottage.
A	Ashley Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been almost a year since we tried K9 Cottage. They accepted our 4-5 month old puppy and we were under the impression they were able to handle puppies. Our puppy peed inside the barn too many times, and we were told she could not come back for a couple months... we were given no warning (she had been going to K9 Cottage for a while), only told once we picked her up one day, which left us scrambling to find care - a concrete warning would have been appreciated. For those with young pups, perhaps not the best place for daycare.

The check in process was straightforward and the place is new, stylishly decorated and clearly good for doggies of all shapes and sizes. The pricing is reasonable and the people in charge clearly care about your furry friends. Will definitely be visiting again in the future! If I could give 6 stars I would!

We were a little nervous about leaving our dog with strangers on day one but our dog was excited to come back on the second day. The care was great, the staff very accommodating to our needs and the value for the level of care is amazing. Thanks so much Tracy and Sue. We hope to return.

The pups had a fantastic time, staff kept us up to date with photos from time to time when we were missing them, and they were totally accommodating when our pick up time was delayed by a day due to an unscheduled flight change. We highly recommend this place! They truly care for your dogs during their stay ? Thank you!
