★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our go-to chandery in BC over more than a decade (and around 8+ haul-outs). Very helpful and friendly. Well stocked with most stuff in stock or available within in a day or so. Also sold some of our used equipment on consignment after we recently sold our last sail boat, which was helpful. Located at one of the best haul-out facilities I have encountered anywhere. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MacLeans Marine is a really awesome marine supply shop. The new owners (Brittany and fam) were so helpful and easy to deal with. We hauled out at Westport marina this past week and she started a tab for us at the shop. There is so much stock in the shop!! She had everything we needed! They were often open past their regular closing time, always happy to help and had free wifi. The kids and Bella (the doggo) made it a super chill and easy-going environment, which made our very first haul out experience awesome. :) Thanks for being so great to us!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Now Maclean’s and owned by Brittany and family. The store is very well stocked and Brittany quickly brings in any special items you might need. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. For example, if you need something right away that she doesn’t have at the moment she phones nearby chandlers in Sidney to see if they have it on the shelves. I highly recommend this chandlery for selection, service and friendliness.
