★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in her communication skills which ultimately led to me booking my wedding cake elsewhere. Despite all of our communications being through one email chain she forgot what had been discussed multiple times. She would only respond late at night (between 840PM-10PM) before disappearing for days on end with no explanation (no this wasn't just on weekend days or something). One time I even reached out (after 3 days of silence) just asking her to confirm she'd received my last email, two days after that I got a response that ignored my last email and carried on with no explanation. Finally we got to the point where I just needed a quote for what my cake would cost and it has now been two weeks of silence since. It's taken almost a month for me to finally give up, within those two weeks I have successfully planned and booked my cake with a different place. Her cakes probably taste great, I will unfortunately never know for certain, and I don't feel comfortable leaving someone this disorganized responsible for my wedding cake; I've been dealing with all of my wedding vendors myself and this is the only place that hasn't at least warned me if there would be a delay in communication, or given me a timeline on a response, etc.

Her cakes are leagues ahead of any other’s I’ve tried, every aspect of her cakes are perfection - from the quality of the ingredients, the decor, and the personalized touches. I will never recommend another cake company over July’s Girl Cake Co!

I’ve attended multiple weddings where the cake and desserts have been arranged by July Girl’s Cake Co. I love that this company goes above and beyond by picking their own berries for the buttercream fillings. I’ve been witness to the juicy blackberries!
Additionally, I have just ordered my cake for my own wedding. I cannot wait to see what they design! We’ve chosen lemon cake with vanilla and raspberry buttercream. I’m already drooling over the thought of this divine dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I just take a moment to stare at this beautiful cake!! I was stunned. Allison got every one of my design points and it tasted DEVINE!! Super easy to communicate with, kind staff and delicious cake. Allison was the only person who responded to me during Covid and I am forever greater I’m as she made my dream wedding cake. She even split the top player of the two flavours we chose so we can eat them a year from now. I always thought I’d have a chocolate wedding cake because I’m obsessed with chocolate..but their white chocolate completely changed! I have a white chocolate blackberry and a honey and fig layer that were to die for!! I cannot be great full enough for the kind service and dream wedding cake. I will definitely be recommending them to EVERYONE! ❤️
