She really accommodated our unique situation with my Dad being a guarantor and talked my parents through the whole thing. Couldn't recommend her any more highly. As a first time home buyer she made the process much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main things I looked for in a mortgage broker were: past experience from previous clients, not willing to accept what the listed rates are, communication, competitiveness (this is a must in a MB) and responsiveness. Julie was able to exceed all of those and more. She was friendly and reliable. She also responded after hours which is a bonus! I would definitely recommend her!
