I was recommended to Julian by past high school classmates of mine. This was the best decision I have made in my life. I have most definitely seen results in 11 weeks and this is just the beginning! I cannot wait to continue my weight loss journey and see how much more weight I can use! Julian is such a great coach and support when it is needed most, especially during this difficult time period. The workouts are flexible as well as the diet and even allow for 2-3 cheat meals a week which definitely keeps me sane. Thank you Julian for everything and I cannot wait to continue this journey with you!

I just finished week 8 of Julian’s SHRED program and I am genuinely shocked at how much of a difference has been achieved in only 2 months. I’ve lost 13.5 lbs, 3 inches from my waist, 3 inches from my hips, and am simultaneously building muscle in all the areas I wanted to grow. I’ve attempted fitness on my own numerous times in the past, and no matter how well I was able to educate myself regarding fitness it was never the same as having a personal trainer. Unlike many fitness influencers and trainers around, Julian bases fitness purely on science, allowing for personal and calculated fitness plans that guarantee results. I have learned more from Julian in the past 2 months than I ever have through my own research. Not only does he coach me regarding nutrition, fat loss, and muscle growth, but he also coaches me regarding financial planning, investing, and entrepreneurship - this is knowledge he shares with me free of charge. Julian actually cares about his clients and maintains relationships with them which allows us to establish a strong base of trust and comfort, which I feel is critical to a healthy fitness journey. Beyond that, he makes it a fun experience! Fitness does not have to be a chore or a negative aspect of life, and I think every one of Julian’s clients can attest to that. You would be surprised how much can be accomplished over a virtual session, which is what I am most thankful for. I don’t exactly live near enough to do in-person sessions (as well as covid restrictions preventing them regardless), but virtual sessions are just as challenging, fun, and useful. If you’re thinking about doing it, just do it you won’t regret it, it’s an absolute steal at the prices he offers.

I have started Julians online SHRED program about a month ago and just completed my 4th week. I absolutely love how simple the daily work outs are and this guide also includes a grocery list which is super helpful for people like myself that never had the best relationship with food!! Julian has been so helpful anytime I have questions and I’ve never seen results this fast!! Definitely recommend Julians SHRED program as he’s an amazing trainer!!

Julian is an amazing fitness trainer! He makes fitness fun and motivating. On the first day that I went to training, he got me pumped up. I couldn’t wait for the next training day. If you are looking for a good quality, professional and motivating trainer, you have to go to Julian!

I’ve always had a hard time losing weight... until I met Julian! He is such a kind hearted person who truly cares about his clients. He motivates me to reach my goal and I am so thankful for that. Julian is the greatest fitness trainer that I ever had. If you are thinking of going to Julian for fitness training, do it! You will not be disappointed.

I’m so happy I decided to take a leap of faith in @julianloyfitness as my Personal Trainer. ?? He immediately sees and understands the current limitations of my body, what I need to do to improve those challenges, and patiently teaches me various techniques for proper strength, mobility, and alignment. ??‍♀️? Not to mention….he’s quite an interesting conversationalist on all kinds of topics, particularly world issues. ?? If anyone is looking for a great personal trainer, I highly recommend @julianloyfitness . ???

Had my first session with Julian and was amazing. Worked out with many personal trainers but what I experienced on the first day was NO MERCY. It was fun , exciting and so welcoming . I started Julian's Shred program last year March and it was the best decision I ever made! Julian worked with my health restrictions and helped me get in the best shape of my life even when I thought it wasn’t possible because I had a previous back and arm injury. Julians program is easy to follow and a lot of fun and he holds you accountable. I highly recommend his program to anyone looking for a trainer that not only cares about your progress in his program but who also cares about you as a person. Thank you Julian!!
