My Mercedes Sprinter had turbo lag (bad lag when pulling away from a stop) that the dealer could never resolve. JR improved it significantly as well as increased performance through acceleration. Not the easiest guys to understand, especially on the phone but they do seem to take care of you if you are a referral.

I had a little trouble and they were very patient and helped me out with my questions. Went on my first trip after reprogram and the rv sprinter runs fantastic!! And speed limiter is gone!! It definitely runs stronger than before.

R	Robert Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this company they are very rude and talk to customers very badly I do not recommend anyone to deal with them the main office in Canada does not have any customer service skills! The owners wife who's the receptionist and customer service person is absolutely piggish in attitude. She's the most horrible person to deal with. It's as though she is Bipolar. She's the total opposite of Yarek and Robert who are the other two persons who works there. I went there only because their work is good but the way she talked and treated me was less than human!

My only issue with this place was the receptionist at the front. I would have brought my car there but she made it seem like they did not want my business. I will not be recommending JR Auto Performance Inc to anyone.

Remember the golden rule: be respectful, be courteous and you will be treated the same. Very happy with their work. The staff is excellent with general maintenance and suggests appropriate work to be completed while I'm, at the shop, saving money in the long run. This is a niche business run by some really great people. I couldn’t be happier with JR Auto as my mechanic.

Work on your phone skills and customer service that will really help you avoid poor reviews.
