We ordered 6 items to share and only got fried fish skin and soup after waiting for close to 1.5 hours. We asked the waiters twice about our food while other tables that came after us were being served. We just left after paying for what we ate. We didn't order anything complicated (seafood and eggplant with spicy sauce, a noodle dish, etc). The food we managed to get was mediocre at best. After all this, they even asked us to pay them tips! We will not come back again.

The overall service was pretty quick, place is neat and the value suits the price. However, the pan fried pork bun was quite disappointing as it’s too much dough, not crunchy on the outside, and has such tiny bit of filling.

We arrived around 11:30 am with no reservations and waited for about 15 minutes. The place was packed with diners and people waiting. My rating is based on lunch only. The prices were on the high side due to Covid and inflation. There are more pros than cons (tables could of been further apart): - Great selection of dim sum items (vegetables, chicken, beef, pork, and tofu). - Cash or credit cards are accepted - Complimentary parking - Hours are from 9:30 am to 3 pm and 5 pm until 10 pm - Food isn’t salty - Takeout is available - Service is prompt Tip: make reservations and bring family and friends so you can try more dim sum dishes! We will be back to try their dinner.

Before I left, I went to wash my hands. Discovered the washroom was so dirty !!! with stain on most stainless steel doors and lots dusts all over the plastic toilet holders also the sink area , mirror is so filthy !! My 4 ⭐rating to them change to 2⭐⭐!! Just shake my head !! 2021-11: Dim sum was good. There's 10 % off for dim sum at this restaurant. The dinning area clean and bright. Service acceptable only.

All the food was your typical dimsum and nothing that really stood out. I enjoyed the scrambled egg white and scallop fried rice but it was kind of overpriced.
