Not knowing alot of the different things we were getting into he was very helpful in assisting us and answering any questions we had. Even after the deal was closed and we had some legal matters come up he was on the phone right away with us willing to provide advice and assistance. His assistant was also extremly helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. Glad we decide to use John for our purchase. When my brother and his wife were purchasing and selling their homes, I refered them to John to which they were very pleased as well. Would definitely go back to John Sloan for any legal needs.

I worked with 3 different lawyers over the years pertaining to my divorce and John was incapable of making any progress or getting anything done for me!! He still managed to bleed my dry financially, charging month after month when no progress was made. He was the weakest link out of the 3 lawyers by far. My case dragged on and on all the while John claiming various excuses but the reality is he wasn't able to deal with the lawyer my ex hired. John is weak. I had a very usual, uncomplicated case but he managed to take my money and give me nothing in return. The experience was extremely stressful emotionally and financially. In the end, I took a loan from a family member in order to hire a top notch lawyer who got everything done in a very short time (and it actually cost me less than I paid John who was charging less per hour). My advice to any women who need a family law lawyer, hire a more expensive, experienced person who will end up costing you much less financially and emotionally!!
