★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think John Alexander did an amazing job of helping get my house more sellable in doing so much more extra work that I am sure is not in his contract like moving my hay field of a lawn, helping move and get rid of heavy unwanted furniture after the sale plus much much more. My house was not an easy house to sell but he made it happen. I would highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone wishing to put their home on the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have taken the passed couple of years to carefully shop around and look for exactly what we needed in a home and would best suit us for our future here in FSJ and it has been alot of hard work and patience on all sides. John Alexander welcomed us into fort st john right from the very first week we lived here answering all kinds of questions and helping us determine what would best match our needs and capabilities. although it was not a definite sale right out the chute he never failed to be helpful and kind and when the time finally came his professionalism shot through as we sailed through all of our options we'd chosen and he showed us everything we wanted to see before finally nailing down the house we chose and by all the luck in the world even a bit of land to boot! John Alexander has been an incredible help and even a new friend along the way, no dumb questions he answered every little thing and looked into every concern diligently and reported back as soon as possible and we are now proud and happy home owners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John has been an excellent and professional real estate agent. I was left in a very rough situation with limited time to move my furniture out. This was by no means John's fault, but John actually lent us his truck and even physically helped us move our furniture out of the house. John was empathetic, compassionate, available, and efficient. I would recommend John to anybody because of how helpful he has been.
All I can say is, you are in good hands if you go with John!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with John selling my house was more then I could if ever asked for. He went above and beyond to help sell my house. I was in a situation where I needed to sell the house as soon as I could and it wasn’t it the best condition, and John knew that. With his construction experience and knowledge of the markets, he was able to make that happen.
From coordinating the sub contractors to get in and out and from him actually putting in the work to make the house presentable. The noise sold in 1 week, way more then I could of ever expected.
10/10 experience with John, and I would recommend him to everyone.
