This was by far the best rental experience I've ever had. Overall Sterling Management was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend Sterling Management for anyone looking to rent a home. Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a short term project in FSJ and rented an apartment with Sterling Management. Not only were their prices more reasonable than other companies but they service was also great. Staff was always friendly, accommodating and fair. I was moving back to Calgary and was skeptical about getting my security deposit and part of my rent back, I was very happy to receive all closing documents and my cheque in the mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Sterling to manage 2 buildings and 3 rental units for over 2 years. Their local market knowledge and advice is paramount as I live in Vancouver and depend on their expertise. This has been overwhelmingly beneficial to me.
Two units had floods, and Sterling was on it and corrected before I was even aware. They managed the fixes in an extremely efficient and cost-effective manner. This was very helpful in dealing with the insurance companies.
Their accounting procedures and documentation is always first rate and accurate. They are credible, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. And simply good people to deal with from top-to-bottom. Particular kudos to Robert Jr. - fabulous to work with. With over 40 years of investment experience, I truly appreciate Sterling's professionalism.
I sleep better knowing I have such great partners in Fort St. John to look after my investments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with them for the last few months and haven't had any issues. Any maintenance issues I've had have been addressed promptly. And rent pricing hasn't changed on me so I cant really say anything bad about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, and rude. They pray on the poor and vulnerable and threaten to destroy your credit rating if you don't move out in time. Showed up late for inspections after threatening to force me to pay another month of rent if the unit wasn't clean enough. The unit after I had it cleaned was cleaner than when I moved in. Awful experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll be honest, when we were looking for a new place to rent, we were hesitant as we had not heard great things about the company I'm the past and the reviews they have aren't all good.
We have been with them coming up on four months and there have been a few issues with our rental (some quite major) and Sterling has been extremely prompt in addressing and dealing with everything. Even over this holiday week when most companies have their phones off.
No complaints here.
