During my purchase in Calgary, I traveled intermittently to town to view places and complete the transaction around my work schedule. Mike was not only able to facilitate a very fluid and last minute schedule, but made sure I got exactly what I wanted in the process. It proved to be an efficient and stress free experience. I was able to handle most of the communication through various remote methods to save time, and although the selling party did not have the correct paperwork in place, Mike ensured that my interests were met, and the legal terms were followed precisely. For condo sales, which are a bit different from standard homes, Mike is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly.
