Her amazing bakery skills and professionalism have never let me down. She's not just a cake designer but a masterpiece maker. I highly recommend Behnaz!

Whether it's a cake for a baby shower, anniversary or birthday the attention to detail the yummy flavours have all made a huge impression on not only me but my guests. She also goes out of her way to accommodate every need, whether it's a special design, delivery, pick up etc. I only wish I knew about Joconde when I got married for my wedding cake!

My guests were too afraid to comment on the dense texture and lack of flavor, because they thought it was made by either my family or my friends. Honestly I wish I had gone that route because my family has done amazing cakes in the past, but I wanted to have one less thing to worry about and lean on them for. The cake looked nice, but the cutting service was unavailable due to other bookings. The special flavor that I requested was not in evidence at all. The cake itself was dense and heavy with little to no flavor. All in all I was disappointed. I admit I didn't have time for a tasting and I might have had better results if I had made the time to taste it. The decorations turned out exactly like I wanted.

She always delivers with high expectations and her work is not only mesmerising and breathtaking to look at but most importantly sooooo delicious! Her designs are clear, her communication on point and an absolute professional! If you are looking for a cake artist, look no further! Behnaz bakes and makes the best of the best!

I never write review, but we are so happy that we want to write a review for Behnaz and Joconde. the cake was enough for the wedding. gusts and we took the top of the cake to our hotel and had cake for next day too. The cake was so delicious, I am happy we took their idea on the flavour of it, because my family also said it was very delicious and everyone loved it. Thank you for the beautiful and tasty cake, it was very special for us.

Howe Er I felt I may need to do this as I felt it may help the owner to correct some ingredients for her future clients. I am not sure if it was our case or in general her butter cakes are in this way. Literally 2/3 of the cake was butter- and quality was low. Sponge itself was tasting like powder cakes that you get from save on food and you mix milk and bake. We expected some nice fresh tasting pineapples in between the layers and it was so sad to see tiny powder made custard in between. It was so bad to the point we could not eat the cake with that hefty amount of hard butters in between and we had take the cake out only to eat. For $75 plus dollars spending for this cake I would give it a 2/5. The two stars were only for the two sugar flowers on top that I thought were beautiful Everything else unfortunately was very low in quality and poorly made.

It matched the theme of my wedding so perfectly, and the best part is that it tasted just as good as it looked. We had a hard time deciding which flavour to pick during the taster, because they were all delicious. We went with the salted caramel cake, and all of our guests said it was so good. The cake was moist, and the frosting was perfectly balanced in its salty sweet taste. We would highly recommend Behnaz and Joconde Patisserie for any occasion!
