From the very first session, we noticed Joanne's gentle, welcoming, and loving approach encouraged our son to open up and interact with her on day 1. She is very kind, professional and dedicated to helping children and parents. We've seen some progress with our son and as parents, we've learned new skills and tips to help our son continue with his speech progress.

She has a way of getting the most shy and quite kid to open up to her and express themselves. The gentle way that Joanne works with children is makes it easy for them to trust her. There is no one else that I could think of to work with my children. Joanne is just amazing !

One child especially needed speech therapy from a very young age and she was so patient, caring and attentive to him, pushing him a bit when required and also recognizing when he was tired and the session needed to end. Our kids always looked forward to her sessions, which she made stress free and fun (she has so many games!), while ensuring they practiced and mastered age appropriate skills. She is a very caring person - we recommend her highly and don't have a bad thing to say about her!
