Il manquait un boulon de roue, les 2 noix sur la barre de directions était lousse, il manquait une noix de roue et les braquet des lignes a frein manquante on usé les protections sur les lignes a freins. J'ai confié mon vtt pour faire installer un kit de chenilles que je leur ait acheté car j'ai toujours été satisfait auparavant (j'ai acheté 3 vtt depuis 1996 et fait entretenir jusqu'à ce que je sois mécanicien).Avoir su j'aurais acheté ailleurs où ils ont des mécaniciens plus compétent, vu que je dois reprendre l'installation moi même...
Very bad mechanic. A wheel bolt was missing, the 2 nuts on the steering bar were loose, a wheel nut was missing and the missing brake line gears have worn the protections on the brake lines. I entrusted my atv to have a track kit installed that I bought them because I have always been satisfied before (I bought 3 atvs since 1996 and had them serviced until I was a mechanic). I would have bought elsewhere where they have more competent mechanics, since I have to take over the installation myself ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fais faire une inspection et un changement d'huile de debut de saison car j'avais un voyage a faire ..... 400 km plus tard la roue arriere sur la broche en plein voyage .... a mon retour j'appelle pour leur dire pour ne pas que ca se reproduise avec un autre client et les reponses que je recois : 1- jai fait ca vite pour t'accomoder 2 de toute facon j'aurais surement pas eu le pneu en stock et 3 je suis pas un detaillant de pneu mais je sais quand mes pneu de camion son fini.... bien sur que je pourrais verifier mes pneu et faire moi meme mon changement d'huile mais je prefere avoir la conscience tranquille avec des professionnels ..... ce que vous n'etes pas ni par votre travail sur ma moto et ni par vos reponses suite a mon appel!!! un check up etait convenu et sur ma facture ca ne dit pas la meme chose que toi !
I had an inspection and an oil change done at the start of the season because I had a trip to do ..... 400 km later the rear wheel on the spindle while traveling .... on my return I call to tell them so that it does not happen again with another customer and the answers I receive: 1- I did it quickly to accommodate you 2 anyway I probably wouldn't have had the tire in stock and 3 I am not a tire retailer but I know when my truck tires are finished .... of course I could check my tires and do my oil change myself but I prefer to have a clear conscience with professionals .. ... what you are not neither by your work on my motorbike nor by your answers following my call !!! a check up was agreed and on my invoice it does not say the same thing as you!
