★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite and efficient! Ebi and Brent answered to all our questions and they quickly addressed our concerns. There was no pressure at all from Ebi on the purchase nor on the trading-in our old car and he was totally honest about the trade-in price.
They fixed the three minor issues we had with the vehicle, as promised, in less than 10 days after picking up the car.

It was a very positive and enjoyable experience, Steve was low key, friendly, helpful and proactive with any questions/concerns I had. The vehicle required a small repair three weeks after purchase, Steve took responsibility for the repair and dealt with it promptly, without any stress or additional cost to me and with minimal inconvenience. Quick to answer any of my questions, and really worked hard to get me the price I was looking for. Was also really happy with Brent's service in finance. All in all, 5/5 experience. Will definitely be referring my family and friends, and I'll definitely be purchasing here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really amazing experience with Ebi who gave me the tools and reassurance to purchase a truck from afar. He was warm, inviting, considerate and quick to respond. He would answer my calls and texts after hours and I would feel very confident to purchase a vehicle from him again. I also had an amazing experience with Vick from the financing department. He was patient to explain the process with me and he always stayed past office hours in order to service my needs.

Despite me reaching out to them from out-of-town, they took the deal seriously and I didn't feel for a second that I was being waved off. All the paperwork was done prior to my visit and there were no unexpected delays or problems either with the purchase or the insurance/transfer. 100% I would go back to buy from these guys.
