Sales rep Dave was great, and we had a deal firmed up on a used truck with a deposit submitted. However, the truck was miss priced and the sales manager wouldn’t honour the sale price that had been agreed upon. The sales manager sold the vehicle to someone else at the higher price. It’s a tight market for used vehicles, I get it… but come on. Profits before customer satisfaction.

Brought in our car for a coolant leak and noise coming from the exhaust. They let us know that if we were still experiencing some issues to simply contact them and they would bring it back in to correct any lingering issues. We drove it around and still had issues with the coolant leaking and still had a small rattle coming from the exhaust. They brought it back in the next day after we called and found another issue and didn't charge us another diagnostic charge. The mechanic even managed to repair it without having to remove major components which would have turned it into a full day job (instead of a couple hours). The only minor irritation was they charged a separate diagnostic fee for the coolant leak and the exhaust system ($140/each) which seems a bit excessive to me. Overall very happy with the service we received. A big thanks to Brooke and Kaitlyn. :)

My wife’s Ford Fusion required the annual swap in of winter tires and also the left front turn signal lamp and the left head light where not working. It turns out the cable for the turn signal and headlight had been completely chewed through and had to be replaced. The Service Tech did a quick and good job with also some suggestions of sprays to use on the connectors and cables that rodents don’t like.

This is my third Ford and I have gone to Jim Keay Ford each time. Service is great and genuine. Feels like you really matter both during and after purchase. Thank you to Dave and Josh for their amazing support this time around. Would recommend!

I received excellent on-the-spot service from the Fast Lane at this dealership yesterday. I had a driver's-side window that would not close after I had opened it all the way down to obtain a ticket at a parking facility. In the minus 30s temperatures that we have been experiencing lately, I needed this fixed right away, which is exactly what this dealership did for me. The technician immediately moved my car into the service area and fixed the problem. I found her to be very friendly and accommodating.

By far the best level of service I’ve ever received at a dealer. They take the time to listen to your concerns and are on point with regular maintenance appointments. Caitlyn consistently goes all out to make me feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend !!! Thanks again and will definitely be back for my next maintenance appointment. To note that I could go to the dealer 5 minutes from our house but value the service offered at Jim Keay so it’s definitely worth the distance !

We just bought our 2022 Ford Edge from Josh at Jim Keay Ford. The experience from test drive to delivery was exceptional. I was greeted by Josh and the Sales Manager Brian when I arrived to the dealership, and from the beginning I appreciated the honesty and transparency from the sales staff. I dealt with Josh, the Financial Services manager who was able to set up our financing and extended warranty. Josh was able to get us set up with the right warranty for our needs, and the entire process was quick and painless. I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. My car was ready for pick up in less than 2 days, and the staff was very accommodating with my work schedule. I can't recommend this dealership more. I've purchased many cars in my years of driving, and I've never received such excellent service. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!
