He was busy speaking to other clients (of his nationality) and giving them attention while seeming quite hasty and bothered with us. Please don’t spend your money with people that look at you as less of a person! We took our money elsewhere and got what we wanted and BETTER with another company! Based on the negative reviews below shows their maturity level is terrible. They can’t take any constructive criticism and react in an unprofessional manner. Good luck to any future buyers with them I hope your experience is better than ours.

Both the rings came out absolutely beautiful! The process of designing the pieces was very professional and the selection of stones is very impressive. They have extensive inventory of fine jewelry and gem stones. The store is very inviting and the staff is awesome, they don’t push you to buy what you are looking for instead give you time to think and help you in selecting what you’re looking for. I can’t say enough about Mr. Singla and his family. They’re excellent people! Mr. Singla takes a true interest in his clients. He has a very extensive knowledge about gem stones. We placed the order and left feeling very satisfied. The ring turned out beautiful and my fiancée loves it. Not a week goes by where she doesn't get compliments on the ring. Mr. Singla promised a free polish of the ring prior to the wedding date. I returned to him recently and bought a wedding band. Both rings look amazing! Great quality, great service and great people.
