About Jennifer Paul Consulting
Jennifer brings practical experience to the table when it comes to recruiting lawyers and support staff. She was employed as a legal assistant prior to and during law school. She then went to law school, articled at one of Canada's top-tier national firms and was called to the Alberta Bar. A born and raised Calgarian, Jennifer attended the University of Calgary for both her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws. She also spent some time in Manchester, England where she studied international human resource practices. Jennifer's experience, passion for innovation and love of people inspired her to start a recruitment firm where she could help others find jobs that suit their lifestyles, as well as help innovative firms grow and succeed.
Jennifer constantly educates herself on how the legal industry is changing, including the use of social media to expand reach, the emergence of virtual firms, remote work opportunities and effective work life balance strategies for professionals.
Jennifer loves reading, travelling (especially to places with sand and sun) and, being a kid at heart, catching the latest Disney movie. How good was Inside Out?!
