★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen helped us find a condo in Waterloo for our kids to live in while they attended UWaterloo. She went above and beyond to make the experience go smoothly. I was a newbie to buying real estate, and Jen was so patient with all my questions. Jen is extremely responsive to any messages or phone calls; she answers immediately and she makes you feel very valued as a client. Jen is super friendly, she is ultra professional, she has tons of experience, and she is very knowledgeable. Something else that sets her apart from other realtors is that she often drops off little gifts to her clients: red heart candies on Valentine's Day, a cookie decorating kit at Easter; a beautiful bracelet on Mother's Day; a BBQ kit on Father's Day.
I highly recommend using Jen for your real estate needs. I will for sure use her services again when it comes time to sell the condo.

She was always very responsive and knowledgeable about the housing market situation and the locations we visited. As first time home owners we had lots of questions and Jennifer was super patient in clarifying all our doubts and make us confided. She held our hands from the very first visit to closing day, always available by text and email to answer any questions we had and to seek information regarding the place we were interested. She consulted with us regularly on the activity in the real estate market and helped us make an educated decision on when to list.
