This place is a good pharmacy. The kids cannot be blamed for not knowing everything as some reviews suggest they should. The way i see it, if everyone in there was a doctor, a bottle of advil would be $300. They are kind people, well trained staff, kids with good manners and work ethics. Well stocked, reasonably priced. Clean. Fully satisfied I will shop there again I do recommend this place

In the last year I've seen this store go down in terms of customer service. The store seems to be totally disconnected from the pharmacy...very little communication there. The products are often not available, and when trying to order, it is total chaos... Not impressed with the new management...

I've picked up my meds here for years and never had a problem. Bilingual service, competent staff. You can even get your passport done here.

Quick in and out. Great pharm techs and pretty well priced products. Only critique is the Cashier took a bit of time at the checkout but that happens. Overall good experience

GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDS. I was almost done my bottle of medication when I noticed 'Hey there is 2 different looking pills here'' turn outs apparently someone likes to make you pay for pills and not give you your actual medication Would'nt even give 1 star

I go to Jean Coutu every few weeks to pick up my medicine. I have always gotten really good service until today when I called and dealt with the pharmacist name Kalid which was insulting and rude to me just for being a person in need of her medication. I needed the narcotics that I have been taking for 10 + years and he started to talk to me rudely and telling me that I wasn’t allowed and whom ever would have allowed to lend me meds for 1-2 day in the past for me not to go in remission was not fallowing procedures. And that he wasn’t going to do that while yelling at me and then proceeded to hand up the phone on me. When I called back to complain to the manager about this treatment because how am I to know that the other pharmacist that were giving me meds while we were waiting for the renewal fax fo come in weren’t supposed to do that. But the supervisor that said that all managers that weren’t available and that she couldn’t help me and that her name was Emmanuel but as soon as the Pharmacist started yelling at her in the back she started yo be just as rude and as condescending to me as the pharmacist. This kind of customer service shouldn’t be tolerated. And I am a very sick person and I have been taking a lot of medication for 10+ years and have chosen to deal with this establishment and even drove out of my way to continue dealing with them. But that stops now if your company can’t respect me after I spend $1500 a month on just meds then you don’t deserve my business and you don’t deserve anyones loyalty….

The hours state they close at 6pm but they closed at 5, I drove over 30 mins to get there to find this out. It's also not posted anywhere including online. I asked about this and they said "covid". As well as they owed me medication from a previous time and did not add it to the order when I picked up the prescriptions for a second time. Now I have to return for my third time because of this. Very unlikely will I be dealing with them again and will pass on the message to family and friends to change pharmacy.
