Dr. Mike & staff are friendly professional. They always greet you with a smile, by name and are very friendly.
After a few adjustments, Dr. Mike & Renée gave me some exercises to build some strength in my lower back. My lower back is stronger & I feel better than I have in years.
I strongly recommend Dr Mike Koschade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly environment. Flexible hours and appointments. I’ve been a patient since Mai 2015 and my husband not long after. We are very satisfied with all the services we’ve received. I go for regular adjustments and have 2 pairs of custom orthotics. Appointments with Dr. Koschade are more then just regular adjustments; he takes the time to discuss our goals, life situations and to offer healthy alternatives according to our lifestyles. Definitely recommend Adio Chiropractic.

He also takes all the time you need to answer questions and makes sure you're getting the right information to help your specific needs. Him and his team work with you to not only help your bone health but also help you with a healthy lifestyle. I strongly recommend him. He is worth the drive from Ottawa.
