Il arrivait au jour d'audience et révisait le dossier devant moi, et ce, en même temps qu'il répondait a d'autres dossiers. Il n'a même pas un ordinateur pour rédiger ses notes, communication par courriel impossible. Bref, j'ai décidé de le laisser tomber et prendre un autre avocat; ça ne semblait pas du tout l'importuner, voire même il s'en attendait. J'ai failli être pris en défaut d'avoir transmis mes informations de base en retard puisque ce dernier n'a jamais envoyé mes documents au greffier. Je suis obligé de lui donner une étoile pour vous avertir de voir ailleurs; cet avocat est dépassé par les choses et n'est pas à jour quant à la nouvelle loi. Tenez-vous en loin.

I almost got caught in default of having sent my basic information late since the latter never sent my documents to the clerk. I am obliged to give it a star to warn you to look elsewhere; this lawyer is overwhelmed and not up to date with the new law. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me Boyce est un maitre de sa discipline. Vieux style, pas d’ordinateur, mais il connait son domaine et le gere d’une façon stratégique gagnante. J’ai largué 3 avocats prétentieux qui se promenaient en BMW et Mercedes et qui comprenaient pas ma situation complexe. Me Boyce m’a accompagné dans ma cause et m’a supporté, compris, et surtout, il a su livrer une formule gagnante sur toute la ligne (proces de 2ans+). Enfin, un avocat qui connais la game et qui niaise pas avec la puck. Je recommande fortement. Je considere Me Boyce comme un ami, due a sa force de comprehension, son support et son habileté a nous inspirer confiance. Me Boyce c’est mon avocat pour la vie.
Boyce is a master of his discipline. Old style, no computer, but he knows his domain and manages it strategically winning. I dropped 3 pretentious lawyers who were walking in BMW and Mercedes and who did not understand my complex situation. Me Boyce accompanied me in my case and supported me, understood, and most importantly, he was able to deliver a winning formula down the line (2 years trial +). Finally, a lawyer who knows the game and who does not silly with the puck. I highly recommend. I consider Boyce as a friend, due to his strength of understanding, his support and his ability to inspire confidence. Boyce is my lawyer for life.
