They have always given us great customer service and have been honest with what needs to be fixed on our vehicles when we bring them in. We receive an itemized receipt of the work that has been done and the parts, which is great considering most other shops we have dealt with in the past, just tell you that they fixed the problem and give you a total amount owing. In addition, our vehicles have always been fixed in a timely matter, which we love because it's less time we have to do without the vehicle after we drop it off.

When he put the belt back on he was having some problems and thought he got it on correctly. Well now I have a shredded edge of my belt so guess he didn't have it on right after all. Now he won't fix it unless I pay for the belt. Really? I can buy and change the belt myself but I shouldnt have to when it wasn't my mistake.

Today I took it in asking to do a repair that I thought was needed. I was called a short time later to be informed that I didn't need that repair. They easily could have just done it and billed me almost $300 today without me being any wiser, but they didn't. That's what I call integrity.
