The store in Melfort is a joke every time I go in there and they never have the stuff that I need so I go over to the Parts Depot they have everything and better pricing I'll never go back to Napa in Milford

My son was in Melfort playing hockey, he had a couple issues with his car. Rob went above and beyond to help out and repair his vehicle, means allot when Mom and Dad are 7 hours away.

Its fast and they are very nice there. I recommend others to go get it done there. Been going there for a few years now.

WORST OIL CHANGE EVER! Dave changed the oil in my wife's vehicle, and the next morning when she dropped our daughter off, in just a few minutes there was a big pool of oil under the vehicle. She quickly brought the vehicle back. He put more oil in and replaced the oil filter. She said she was worried about what was wrong. He said "Well don't drive it then!" No ownership was taken about any mistakes that may have been made, and no assurance was given that any cause of the oil spill was fixed. Following this, I called Dave to talk with him about the whole situation. He offered no apologies. and told me to leave whatever reviews I need to online, and tell everyone I need to about my experience. I completely understand that people make mistakes. The key is owning up to those mistakes and making your clients feel good about them being addressed & fixed. If this was done, I would have no issues giving a positive review & recommending their service. Rob, the manager, is away until next week. I am hoping he will handle the whole situation better. Part of being a good manager, though, is leaving the right people in charge while you are gone. I can't say that I will ever bring a vehicle to Oil Can Alley in Melfort again. If anyone asks me about them, I will give them my honest experience. I hope this review helps some people make an informed decision in where to bring their vehicles. Update: Rob called me today & apologized for the whole situation. He said the oil filter was faulty, and that is what caused the problem. He also said that any issues, including the possibility of a blown engine, would have been fully covered by them. I will go elsewhere for future work, as Dave still works there, & I do not want my wife, or any other family member to be treated like that again.

I've been going to this location for years and am always satisfied with the service. I live in Saskatoon, and have on and off for some years, and through out those years I have always had my oil changed here. They are professional, well mannered and will even take the time to ask how your vehicle is running when going in for an oil change. The price is fair and I never feel uneasy with them touching my car.
