★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had came for a retorque as we recently had new tires & rims put on and we’re traveling to Saskatoon. They told us they weren’t even going to look at it because of the hub caps. We had offered to take them off however it happened that we didn’t have the Allen wrench with us. We had asked if we could borrow one and their response was “shouldn’t that be in your vehicle?” Which is a valid point, it should be in the vehicle. However, by refusing to retorque tires, that is putting people’s safety at risk. Definetly not impressed with such poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out I had a flat right before I headed out on an 8 hour trip home. Kassy, Doug and Kyle were so kind to fit me in right away so I could get home during the day, even though they were incredibly busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always kind and courteous as well as go above and beyond your expectations. Last visit I knew something was wrong in the front end of my car and they told me I needed to change out my tie rods. Very helpful and saved me money having to go to a mechanic for a diagnosis. I also enjoy the fact that I get free patches on any tire purchased.
