I have many issues the my apartment and they have not been fixed or addressed for over 9 months. One of which is that I have no HOT water. I have been calling since June and requesting repairs, filing forms in the main office, and talking and emailing maintenance themselves, they would take my call and tell me they would come to repair it but no one ever came! It was only when I received one noise complaint that they paid attention to me at all. I was fined $80, when trying to discuss the fine I was treated with the upmost disrespect from management and maintenance, it was only after this ordeal I was finally able to get a person into the apartment who then told me he can't do any of their repairs and they needed to hire other people. I'm sure the repairs won't get fixed before my lease ends. So I have no hot water, a broken window that lets all the cold air in, and a heating system that only works in one room. I have had many other issues that I have resolved myself. The people I have met in this building regret moving here and have many issues similar to mine... do not move here. They only want your money. My apartment also go broken into and they didn't care. The intercom does not work. They never gave me a mail key upon beginning to lease. The security is horrible. The staff in the main office do whatever they want. There are many fees you have to pay even though it's not in the lease! For issues they came to fix, they left the apartment a mess afterward. My bathroom tub began to fill with what I could only imagine was other people's waste. They barely did anything to help, they flooded my whole hallway in the process of the repair and made me clean it, damaging my belongings. For AC (never works properly) repairs they would leave screws and drywall "dust" every where. They also asked to borrow containers to use while they were fixing a plumbing issue and they returned it to be with burnt hole about three inches in length in the side of it. They didn't even say anything to me about it and they just left. The only pro about living here is the amazing cleaning staff. They are so kind. Scam for money. Do not live here. I wouldn't even rate it one star. Over 60 days before my lease ended I went to the leasing office to sign a N9, yet they sent me away and told me I have nothing to worry about. I booked the elevator to move out and confined my last month's rent would be used. Fast forward to the last month I am in the apartment I noticed that they had not used my last rent deposit and instead took it off my account. I called and told them it must have been mistake and they told me I never submitted at N9 so I have to continue to pay. When I explained that AN EMPLOYEE told me I did not have to anything and that I was good to go they told me I was wrong. They cut me off constantly, said no to my claims, and hung up on me. They could care less about tenant happiness. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. The heating and water in my apartment have still not been fixed since I put a work order in, at the beginning of JULY!

If you are sensitive to extreme temperature you might want to reconsider moving in. This is an older building which only has one set of coil. What does that mean? It means u are either freezing cold or boiling hot depending which direction your unit is facing and the bylaws do not help or aid the smooth transition from spring to summer. One day you are in the Para Sahara desert, the next day you are in North Pole. What an experience

My experience is only aesthetic. It is a beautiful building but I see those having experiences with a bit more depth are hitting them pretty hard with the ratings.

NEVER rent here. GO AWAY as fast as you can. It's ok when you moved in, but when you move out, they will ask you to pay for everything: 200$ for cleaning, re paint the wall for ~300$. Make sure your check all the damage before moved in, because they will ask you to pay for some small marks that you didn't cause. GO AWAY! Update: they ask me to send email to feedback, but we tried to communicate with them so many times. They just sens the amount in dispute to debt collector and threaten, but we're not afraid. We didn't cause the damage, and we won't pay for that.

I rented a parking spot in this building for years. The management does not care about the well-being, health and/or safety of the tenants. They do not respond to emails, are ok with dangerous/illegal activities occurring on their premises, leave tenants trapped in the lot for hours on end and respond slowly to public health concerns. When approached with these issues, Troy and colleagues were dismissive and refused to consider not charging me even though I am no longer parking there. I recommend STRONGLY against ever dealing with them.

I have been living here for a few months now. I am glad that I picked this place. I have had no problems at all, and this place has turned out to be better than my expectations. Rosemarie helped me through the entire process of viewing the place virtually - till the lease signing and move-in inspections. She is very helpful and answered all my questions sincerely. Recently, I had some maintenance requests, and Brett took care of them efficiently, he is very knowledgeable and hardworking person who loves his job and is focused on customer satisfaction. This is a well managed property where everyone is focused on making the residents stay pleasant and comfortable. Erin and Troy are doing a fantastic job. Kelly is always very helpful. Concert Properties is very customer focused - its entire staff is always ready to help the residents. I would highly recommend this place.

The place itself is fine with occasional repairs. Security and management, on the other hand, were very disorganized and seemed like they don't communicate with each other. Talking to them sometimes feel like you're talking to a wall. We were expecting to move out and randomly out of the blue with no notice, we were visited by management for a move-out inspection. The inspection was expected but notice was expected too, which we were not given. When we asked if we were supposed to be given notice, the gentlemen inspecting our apartment said we were supposed to be given a slip 24hrs prior to their visit - which again we did not receive. Later, after asking for the summary of our inspection not only did management take days to reply but they were confused about what I was asking for. Also, knowing their poor managing skills we had tripled check our booking times for the elevator for our move-out. We confirmed through email that we would be able to book the elevators for 2 hours. But on the day of the move-out, we were told that we were only given 1.5 hrs. Not only that but we were put under pressure to move quickly as they also tripled booked the elevators and obviously needed the elevators for the residents. Lastly, there is little to no security with many of my fellow neighbours' packages stolen and wrecked. Don't feel like it's worth payingΒ an extra 2% rent increase (Especially during covid) when all these issues are getting worse and worse.

I have been living at this place for a year now, and very impressed by how well managed this property is. I recently renewed my Lease, and ERIN made sure that the entire process was done effectively and completed within minutes. She explained to me clearly all the lease renewal options. CONCERT Properties should be proud to have ERIN as part of its team. TROY, the property manager is so diligent in keeping all the residents informed, up to the minute, about any maintenance updates and covid related rules and regulations. TROY is doing a fantastic job. Overall a good place to call home.
