As first-time buyers with a tight budget but a clear idea of what we were looking for in a home, we were feeling disheartened at the current housing market and our ability to buy in the Greater Victoria. We were looking informally for 12 months with another realtor until we switched to Jayden. Within a week of our initial meeting (2 days of showings), we found our dream starter home! Not only did Jayden take the time to anticipate our needs by sending us listings from all over Victoria areas, he was approachable and prompt, answering all of our questions, and made the bidding war process (which is unfortunately a reality of our current market) the least painful it could be. What we especially appreciated is that Jayden quite honestly made us feel like family. He really respected our budget and never pressured us to go beyond our means, even in bidding war situations. There is nothing I would change about our experience, other than going to Jayden sooner!

He was reliable, available, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, organized and just completely professional at all times. His flawless strategy helped us win our home in a crazy multiple offer bid situation, in a way that was effective yet extremely respectful of everyone involved. For the sale of our home, not only was his marketing incredible, but he was able to find a buyer in just a few days and at an amazing price. He was able to get us multiple offers, and a price that far exceeded our expectations. Jayden went above and beyond for us from the moment we started to work with him, and we will never forget how he changed our lives. What a pleasure to work with, we cannot recommend him enough!

He worked around my schedule and consulted me digitally with virtual tours of the home and sent me videos and pictures of potential places to live. He asked me questions that pertained to my lifestyle and were relevant to my choice. I was so impressed with his natural charm too.
