The first depreciation report she sent to us was for the wrong building; then she admitted that she didn't have it, that she'd only get it for us with an accepted offer, and, quote, "I am not going to spend any more on this one." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Cheryl as your selling agent.

Having recently moved to the Island, her assistance in helping us understand pros and cons of various neighbourhoods and features was invaluable. In taking a look at the first potential property it was obvious this wasn’t Cheryl’s first rodeo - she zeroed in on shortcomings that we hadn’t even considered. A clever approach to the offer we made on the house we wanted ensured that we had a seat at the table to counter-offer, and we got the house we wanted after beating out several others.
