Our experience with Justen was fantastic! We would highly recommend him to anyone! My partner and I recently bought our first home and went into the process knowing very little about purchasing real estate. Even before Justen took us out to look at properties he met with us and took a great deal of his time going over the entire process with us very thoroughly. This really helped us to build our buying confidence and made us feel more in control. It was very apparent he valued us as clients and really went out of his way for us. Buying a home is not a decision to be taken lightly and he seemed really aware and supportive of that. Throughout our time looking at places we were not entirely sure what exactly we were looking for. In spite of the fact that we looked at many different types of places (townhouses, duplexes and houses) we never felt rushed or pressured by him to make a decision. When it came time to put in an offer on the house we ended up with Justen did an amazing job (including doing his research looking at other sales in the year and area) working to get us a significantly lower price than was listed. We could not be happier with our new house and we ended the buying process feeling incredibly lucky to have worked with Justen!

Basically, I would say his approach is to be open, good natured, friendly, and straightforward versus high pressure. Plus, he did his research on the market and was right.. I felt like I was in safe hands throughout. I will definitely be using him again in the future...
