Went here for breakfast. Was a busy spot. The first restaurant I've ever been to that takes your temperature before seating you. A quick browse through the menu, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, more than what I had originally thought as I somehow perceived it was a breakfast type place. Staff was quite busy but attentive. The decor gave off an older diner vibe, which I thought was actually cool. Healthy sized breakfasts, my bf got steak and eggs, I would suggest to order it under as they are thinner steaks and got easily over cooked. I had a cowboy breakfast. Would like to check out dinner there sometime!

The service is awesome, definitely go for the tater tots over the shredded hash browns as the latter tastes like cigarettes. The food is overall pretty solid, definitely better than dennys.

Good down home cooking from Jay Bee’s restaurant. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed the food and service. You know it’s good when you see all the locals coming to the restaurant and the servers know their names. Just good food that is tasty and served hot and at reasonable price. The burger’s have hand pressed patties. Great pies for desert. Service is friendly and courteous. The washrooms are clean. Patrons in the restaurant are happy. We will continue to come here. April 13, 2019. Still good food, good service and at a good price. The philly cheese steak was tasty and served hot and fresh. August 25,2019 We have returned and enjoyed the pizza. You can’t resist the pizza it’s that good.

Ordered delivery from 127st on new years eve. The delivery was on time. The food was hot. The fries needed more time in the fryer but were edible. The burger for my son was missing the extra cheese I paid for. My burger was excellent. I gave 4 stars for driver courtesy, Food was overall real tastey, hot, fresh and priced right. I'll wright off the misshaps due to the fact it was New Years eve and we all are not perfect. I will be a return customer. Happy New Year All

Came here for a quick lunch..not a good choice but limited as most everything was closed. The food was very much below average, the gravy was filled with celery salt, and food was actually cold when it arrived..fries were cold, and the cheese used was shredded cheddar...in poutine??? And of course not melted because the only thing slightly warm was the gravy which was so salty it was hard to even eat. Was definitely not a good choice that day.

I stopped in for breakfast at the 118 ave location as I was craving shredded hash browns. I ordered the breakfast special, two pork sausages , two eggs toast and shredded hash browns. The waitress was very friendly. When I got my food the sausages were not very good. The hash browns tasted like were cooked the day before and reheated several times as they were hard, rubbery and gross and I did not finish eating them. I ordered soft poached eggs and these were a little to soft. Maybe my fault for not clarifying what soft meant but this is how I order from other restaurants, lots of yoke, no white slime. I was almost finished eating my toast when the waitress finally came with my first and only coffee refill and asked how it was. I told her , "Not very good" and told her the hash browns were gross. She offered to replace them but I said no . She did take the price of the coffee off of the meal to make up for it. She again offered to give me cubed hash browns to go but again I said no, as I just did not feel like eating cold hash browns when I arrived to work. I used to eat here a long time ago and think I even posted a good review but after this I think I will eat elsewhere. I have eaten at the 127 st location and had no issues there.

This is one time where the food looks better then the photo. I’ve been coming here years and I’m surprised that I haven’t reviewed it. But just look at the photo will tell you they care. Just stay away from the pork sausages for breakfast. Always been gamey. But that’s the only complaint on a perfect place. The plate looks empty but that’s for the reason I ordered the soup first. It would come with fries and gravy but I love there mushroom soup.
