★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings about how this place represents how the garden once was. Years ago, this place was a jewel, almost a mini botanical paradise. Unfortunately, it has incrementally become abandoned. How sad that the city has not placed more funds to upkeep such a lovely gift off the beaten path behind the French pavillion (casino). I did manage to highlight a few Spring vignettes for some colorful eye candy.
