★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this woman zero stars I would. She's awfully rude and tells you extremely basic things. She was extremely rude to me and would yell at me if I didn't understand something. She would also tell me that I talk too much when she was the one who would drag on the conversations. Don't waste your money on this. If you want a nutrition consultant, go to someone who is educated and licensed, such as a registered dietitian. This woman is not that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to learn how to eat healthier and strengthen my immune system and I came across Janet. In the process I was also able to loose 15 pounds of fat. I am happier than ever with the progress. Janet assisted me to create a personalized meal plan to better help my nutrition and understand what food choices are better. I feel great and have way more energy since my job required a lot of movement. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Janet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janet is a very experienced and knowledgeable nutritionist. Her holistic and persistent approach helped me solve a health struggle which would not have been possible without her advice. Her attention to detail and frequent follow-ups made sure I always stay on the right path and subsequently my condition improved with every session. She taught me how to prepare healthy and whole foods, and convinced me to eliminate processed foods from my diet altogether. I can not thank her enough for what she did for me, and how much my future health will benefit from what I am learning from her.
