They were great with the service and kept me updated throughout the repair and got the repair done quickly. The repair itself was great, the car looked great just as before the accident.

We ended up at this body shop through a random series of events, but we’re glad we did. The price was right and the process was smooth. The staff was beyond cordial with us and really bent over backwards to treat us well. And of course, our car is as good as new.

The back of my car was almost damaged and also a substantial amount of damage at the front of my car. I was introduced to this shop. They did an amazing job. Hayden, who was the manager texted and also gave me a call very quickly after the accident. He explained the damages and went through the details of what changes they would make to my car. Hayden also kindly hearted answered some of my questions regarding the insurance claim. They went above my expectation and really took their customer's satisfaction very seriously. I had my car's rear bumper changed (fresh and original bumper from the dealership). All the other parts were requested originally from the dealership. They repainted my car because of the damage caused by the accident and also because of some previous scratches. They painted my car so beautifully just like new. The color was exactly the same as my car and I could not tell any difference. Jane & 7 treats your car like their own and they have such high confidence in their quality of service that they give people life-time warranty for the work they perform and parts they installed and replaced. I highly recommend their services!

They went above my expectation and really guaranteed their customer's satisfaction. I had my car's rear bumper changed (fresh and original bumper from the dealership) and the paint was so great that I cannot even tell that it's newly painted bumper; the color was exactly the same as my car and 100% matched. They also fixed the lip of my car and did an oil change for free. I highly recommend this shop! Very trustworthy and will go above and beyond.

They were quick to help and guided us through the process of dealing with insurance. Without their guidance, it would have been a fraught and more anxiety-inducing process. Their insurance knowledge and experience is obvious. The only reason they were held back in doing work was my insurance (That's a whole other story). They were patient, gave updates, and did fantastic work on my car. They battled my insurance and worked in my best interest. For example, when the inspector came they made sure that they saw every piece of damage and was able to get approval to work on it. In the pictures, you can see that the whole bumper was torn off, and the side of the car was also scratched up in the accident. They were able to restore it! I always felt reassured when talking to Hayden and his team. They were friendly, respectful, and communicative (unlike my insurance, but I get it! It's the industry). I would most definitely use them again in the future if I can (Hopefully, not for an accident!). I would recommend them whole heartily. I can't thank them enough.
