Not a good experience and would not recommend. My AC unit stopped working on Saturday and with a new born baby needed my AC unit fixed ASAP. After spending 20 mins trying to fix my unit asked me to go and Google my units manual online for him. Since I was not able to find it and Mr Kim did not know what the issue was, he then went to grab something from his car but when he returned my unit started to work again. He had no idea why and said he didn't do anything to get it to work again. So basically he showed up asked me to search for the manual and then charged me $100 for his services. I still don't know why I paid $100? The worst part is that my AC unit stopped working again Sunday night.
