★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious hot vegetarian chili loaded with veggies and flavor. The hot chocolate needed to be hotter and have more chocolate added for flavour. A cute place with lots of books to peruse and access to a restroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed an extremely rude young lady behind the counter serve a couple on Monday. She blamed the owner for her terrible service and insulted the customer for his request, calling him "demanding". Afterwards she was on her cell phone (speaker on) waiting on hold for the whole place to hear for quite a long time. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go back. That was the worst service and coffee I have had in a long time. Employee was in there cell phone and didn’t look up until I said hello. No smile, no exchange. The half calf americano was pretty much water and tasted gross. I was told that is how their decaf is and was not offered a refund. I left it on the counter with the staff member and walked out. What a waste if money and tip. How are places like this in business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing little place if you love coffee and books. Budget some time to explore…the hundreds of books on a range of topics. No rush for those laptop hobos…loitering is encouraged. Great coffee too!
