I've had the same lady each time I've gone, they make you feel very comfortable and everyone is friendly.

Great Experience!!!! I called to book with the Jade Wellness Clinic after reading the great reviews. I had gotten a Well Spa gift card and I was excited to use it at Jade Wellness Clinic. Woman on the phone was friendly and greeted me by name upon my arrival. I got the Chinese Deep Tissue massage, it was fantastic!!! I workout a lot and the treatment really helped. Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.

Saw Melinda today. She worked hard from the very beginning trying to address my problem areas. I'm picky about RMTs, and enjoyed my experience here. They are able to directly bill manulife health insurance. Will definitely be going back.

Called last minute before I left work, got an appointment right away. Literally could not walk or bend. One hour later after the magical hands of Malinda worked on me, I have complete mobility. This place is a little gem hidden in North York. I'm going again next week for another massage and a facial. I'll keep you posted.

I have been going there for over a year and have received the best quality massage I have ever received. Ruby is the therapist that takes care of me on a constant basis. Always have good care and professional service.

Regarding below reviews. We were NOT explained that we couldn’t use a spa gift card for the couples massage. Rather than taking the 2 minutes to explain why we couldn’t do the couples massage, we were told they simply cannot do the service. “Her boyfriend was so impressed with our massage service and assured us he would talk to her about her review comments” - Spoiler: I definitely was not impressed. “She failed to mention payment with Wayspa giftcard when she booked online her appointment.” - You also failed to mention when we were THERE that we COULD use it. You told us we can’t do the couples massage. That’s it. And then when my girlfriend left, you then realized you lost a customer, when I was finished you said “oh… well, you guys could have done it, if she comes back we’ll give you a discount” “In fairness she was NOT aware that we have a separate menu for Wayspa bookings.” - not explained to us when we were there, simply was told, cannot do it. “We did our best to explain to her our policy and guidelines regarding Wayspa card redemption..” - A lie - nothing was explained in store before hand. I was told this AFTER my massage “She chose to "opt" out our offer (regular $101.70) w/RMT therapist to pay the balance $70 for "couples" massage and used her $100 gift card for her boyfriend which amounted to $96. ($85+tax) - Yeah you told me this AFTER I got my massage. All you needed to say was we cannot use the gift card for the couples massage. 4) Sadly for her boyfriend massage therapist "gratuity ; she asked for cash bask her $3.95 from her Wayspa giftcard. - THE BIGGEST LIE - my girlfriend LEFT before I even started my massage. Meaning SHE WAS NOT THERE. I also did not ask for my change back, I was HANDED MY CHANGE and was told to tell my girlfriend to remove the negative review off of Google.

I rarely write reviews, but the service warranted it! First facial in 10 years and Ill definitely come back. Top notch massage (my partner said the same). Kind women and a very welcoming environment. Ive been to a few spas/massage places before, and this was the best.

The nicest and accommodating staff! Maggie and Melinda were amazing, you can tell that they are experts in their field. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will for sure come back! The best massage I have ever had, I felt 10 years younger after treatment and so relaxed!!:)
