Recently, Dr Baruta discovered an abscess that my endodontist didn't notice; it showed up faintly on the x-ray.The dentists and staff at Jade Bay Dental are very friendly, punctual and take the time to ensure all my dental needs are taken care of. I enjoy visiting the dentist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I booked my appointment, I was told that my insurance policy will cover the cost. Later, I received a statement that the check up exam is not covered. The owner, Dr. Jenna Baruta, of Jade Bay Family Dentistry replied: "It is our office policy at Jade Bay Family Dentistry not to pre-authorize basic treatment with insurance companies."..."If this is not satisfactory your needs may be better met at another office. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went to the Jade Bay dentistry clinic and as we now have 2 benefits plans and they only knew about one of them, I asked them to send me a prior invoice so i could submit it to our other insurance company. The were very friendly on the phone and not only send me the paperwork in the mail, it was marked where to sign and they included a stamped and addressed envelope to our 2nd insurance company. I only had to sign, put it in the envelop and mail it. Above and beyond service in my estimation.

She explains everything clearly and in a pleasant and friendly manner so that I have developed a feeling of trust and comfort. Dr. Baruta and her staff are excellent with insurance questions and bill my plan directly with no problems every time. I highly recommend Jade Bay Dental for all your dental needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jade Bay has been my dentist since they opened, they are always wonderful people to interact with and get the job done in a professional but fun manner. I’ve had Invisalign braces done in their clinic and have been referred by them to have an implant and crown through their coordination, all have worked out great. Routine cleanings are thorough and painless. Nothing bad to say about this practice, I plan to be a lifetime customer.
